The Little Book of Apples:

I chose to redesign an old church receipt book based around cooking with apples. I reformatted the original flip-book booklet style, and tightened up the recipes in each section of the original, into a classic book spread format by use of text, formatting, as well as some use of illustration. Overall, the book includes a front cover, back cover, and spine, as well as designed end pages, a title page, 7 sections of recipes, as well as info spreads that takes a deeper dive into both apples and their uses in dishes during the time, as well as a note about church cook books and their history.
